Pros

* Simple to learn, help always available, god price

* Easy to switch from edit mode to preview

* Easy to change environment

* When computer crashed, easy to re-download the editor.

* Very flexible ftp program

Cons

* no telephone help line

I've ben using CoffeeCup for years, and really like it. When I've had problems getting the effect I wanted, I've always been surprised at how simple the solutions are. And it's easy to create "snippets" - bits of stuff that one uses repetitively I would recommend it to anyone. It even has a pick and insert menu for the lazybones - you can just double click and enter any HTML code. I'm amazed that I've not sen a review in your column.
