My Review 

Liquid XML Studio is an XML editor which is designed to be easy to use. The new version supports XSLT, Data Binding and can even generate much of the basic code for you when provided with an XML Schema.

The reason why it was not given 4 stars was because there are a number of other XML editors that are free and are almost as good as this one. Also, to take advantage of most of its Data binding features (its best features), you would need to purchase the Developer edition which will set you back $495.

This is certainly a powerful and simple XML editor and one to consider if you who need a powerful editor but for those with a tight budget, I would look at some of the free options available to you as they are almost as good as the Starter edition of this editor.
