How did you become a Web designer?

Personal interest led me to reading several programming books when I was in high school, then I followed my passion and took it up in college.

Are you self-taught or did you get a degree?

I started designing websites when I was 14 years old. I was interested in becoming a computer programmer, and at the time, HTML was the most popular language to get started with. Here I am 11 years later running my own web design firm!

I took classes at The Ohio State University for computer programming, and on the side self-taught myself through direct experiences the "extras" a good web designer needs to know.
