- I use this host for my personal site. I have never had any problems with my site or dealing with them. I use Server-Side-Includes and this was one of the few sites I found that allowed me to use them for a low cost (about $5 a month). I know that the sever is based in Hong Kong, but still my site loads quickly and everytime.

- I've been using Slicehost for about 3 years, and it's been great. I've also used Bluehost which was terrible (also owned by same company as HostMonster), and Wiredtree which I wasn't that impressed with. Do your research, and don't settle for the giant hosting companies - there are better options out there if you care about customer service.
