Get the latest version of osCommerce from their website: http://www.oscommerce.com/.
Unzip the file into a directory on your hard drive. Then you can look at the documentation, license and other files. Once you've reviewed those files, you should upload the "catalog" and "extras" folders and all files in them to the root of your website. Your website should have the directory structure:
/catalog /catalog/admin /extras
