This page hasn't been updated in over 6 months, which is a long time for an update. Pages that are modified with significant content changes do well in search engines, but constant little changes can hurt your ranking.

As I've said before, it's very difficult to optimize a home page on one specific keyword unless your website is very focused. It would be better to choose an interior page to optimize for these keywords and keep your home page more generalized.
