User Style Sheets

User style sheets allow you to define how Web pages look outside of how the Web page authors define them. For example, you can force all links to have underlines, so they're easier to see, or you could add an icon to mailto links so that you'd know they were going to send email. Or you could change the color of JavaScript links that tells you the link will pop a new window or do something similar.
