Description - Services Provided
My hosting company sold out to Heart Internet a few months back. Upon renewal, they wanted £32 for renewal - I previously paid £5! I told them before renewal that I wanted to cancel. My support ticket was updated saying so. However now they're saying I still owe them for renewal on my account which I'd cancelled! They're threatening debt collectors etc.. Every response via email says I should log in to cancel via a support ticket - but I can't as my account is disabled!! They even suggested I pa
