BELIEVE IT OR NOT THIS COMPANY WAS REFERRED TO US. I DESIGNED MY SITE THEY BUILT IT. NO PROBLEM. THEN! WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ON OUR OWN VIRUTAL PRIVATE SERVER, WE PAID FOR IT BUT WERE PUT ON A SHARED SERVER. WE PAID THEM FOR UPGRADES THEY NEVER DID AND THEN DID UNAUTHORIZED WORK TO OUR SITE AND WHEN WE COMPLAINED THEY SAID TO BAD! WE DID THE WORK SO YOU OWE IT! OUR SERVER WENT DOWN AND DOWN AND DOWN AGAIN. THIS COMPANY LOST US THOUSANDS! FINALLY WHEN WE HAD ENOUGH WE TERMINATED OUR CONTRACT WITH THEM, NIGHTMARE. THEY PUT MY DOMAIN NAME IN THEY'RE NAME SO I COULDN'T MOVE MY SITE, THEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND US OUR FILES FOR OUR WEBSITE IN AN FTP LINK! ALL OF OUR INVENTORY WAS MISSING, OVER 10 MILLION DOLLARS IN INVENTORY GONE! THEY STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN US ALL OF OUR DOMAIN NAMES BACK AND THEY CLAIM 24/7 SUPPORT. TRY TO CALL THEM ON A WEEKEND, YEAH RIGHT. YOU'LL HOLD THE ENTIRE WEEEKEND. TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECH SUPPORT IS A JOKE. IT'S THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY WE'VE EVER DEALT WITH. THAT'S JUST A SMALL TASTE OF WHAT WE WENT THROUGH WITH THEM. STAY AWAY. THEY HAVE OVER 667 BBB COMPLAINTS AND 3/4 ARE UNRESOLVED! WERE IN PA AND NOW WE HAVE TO WASTE OUR TIME TO SUE THESE IDIOTS! IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM RUN! GET AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN EVERY ASPECT! WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT THEY ACTUALLY HAD NEWS COVERAGE ABOUT THEM LOCALLY ABOUT WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY THEY ARE! THERE'S A BLOG 28 PAGES LONG AND EVEN THEY'RE OWN EMPLOYEES BASH THEM! WERE OUT OF THERE AND WE'LL HAVE OUR DAY IN COURT! I HOPE THIS HELPS JUST 1 PERSON~
