They offer 24/7 support, and their support staff react to your questions quickly. The longest I have had to wait for a reply has been 5 minutes.
Other Comments
I have had no problems with this company, they are always fast and efficient, and they are continuing to improve, when I started I only had 333mb and 1000 email addresses, now I have 1 Gig, and unlimited email addresses, and now 10 mysql databases.
