The Bottom Line
Pros
- Cheap - $100/yr Reseller plan gets 5GB space, 50 GB transfer
- Can host any type of site - no restrictions on controversial sites.
Cons
- Not too secure. Easily hacked.
- Fantastico Software installer is faulty
- Bugs in control panel.
- Absolutely no tech support whatsoever. The support ticket system broke long ago and was never fixed.
- Does not respond to emails, ever.

They took my money, sent me a confirmation email, and then stopped communicating. They have not responded to a single email or support ticket. I've tried to stick out the 12 month contract, but now one of my sites doesn't show up in the control panel. so I can't make changes to the technology or check the stats. Thankfully, ftp still works, or I would have no access at all. I'm sure my I will hear from them when it's billing time again. I will be gone before that happens.
Other Comments
I chose this host for a controversial website because they are in Costa Rica and would not bend to the whim of a cease-and-desist letter from a lawyer. That turned out to be their only redeeming quality. Luckily, I've been at this for a few years, so I could create workarounds for most of the problems I have encountered with them (and there have been quite a few). A newbie would be completely lost. Don't host with these people!
