This is a great option for Web designers who need to be able to write proposals and contracts quickly. It includes all the boilerplate language you need and it can be quickly and easily customized to your needs. The free version is limited, but offers good features for beginning freelance designers. And once you get more than 3 clients, you'll recognize the value of this site and be willing to pay the nominal fee for the premium version.
Pros
  • Create custom fees, clients, and even proposal and contract sections
  • Several pre-built proposals for quick turnaround
  • Create your own proposal templates
  • Track the success or failure of your proposals
  • Add multiple users to manage your proposals
Cons
  • Some of the boilerplate text needs to be modified which is easy to miss

Guide Review - Bidsketch

Bidsketch is an easy to use proposal and contract making tool for Web designers. It was built for freelance Web designers and includes a number of features tailored to your type of business.

I found Bidsketch very easy to use and almost fun to fill out (and I hate paperwork!). And with the ability to customize your templates and add your own logos and stationery this tool will quickly pay for itself.

If you're not sure, try out the free version. By the time you get to more than 3 clients or proposals, you will probably find that the Premium version is worth the price.
