My Review
Pros
* 300Gb space and 3Tb/month bandwidth (at the time of writing)
* 24/7 support by phone, online chat, and email
* support for unlimited domain names
* latest cPanel with fantastico for newbies to install dozens of different applications
* CPU limits mean that badly written scripts can't hog the server
Cons
* email limited to 50 per hour (increased to 500 on request)
* CPU limits mean that badly written scripts can't hog the server
* shared hosting meaning that others may cause problems that affect your site
BlueHost sell one single hosting solution that has such a huge web space allocation and bandwidth allocation (that is always increasing) so that no one could possibly fill it by themselves. Features include: 1000 FTP accounts 50 mySQL databases 50 postgreSQL databases CGI-BIN and CGI library Server Side Includes Frontpage Extensions Shell Access Access to .htaccess and php.ini files Horde and Squirrelmail webmail options Spamassassin included (Postini additional charge)
Not the perfect host and not the cheapest but for the features they provide and the 24/7 support that gets your site up and running again whenever there are problems (which there are with any host) they are hard to beat at the price.
