Steer clear of this company! The sales people liars. I have continual problems with this company. The latest was when they lied to me about how many months hosting I had left. I always pay for 2 years up front. A sales person called and said that I only had until May of 2011 left. I argued and said that I had paid through 2012. He said no, it was 2011. So I agreed to pay for 2 more years to get a few extra months "free". I recently called and the accounting dept. told me that i now have through 2015 covered! So the sales person lied to me. I always ask to get information about my account and their offers in writing and they refuse to do that. They only work over the phone and with credit cards. If you don't believe me, ask them if they'll email you a written quote and allow you to pay with a check. They never do.
