VIM
- It's my favorite everything editor! It hilights and properly indents pretty much everything you could throw at it. It has lots of powerful keybord shortcuts so there is no time wasted grabbing the mouse. I see no reason why anyone would use anything other than VIM.

CSS HTML editor
- Textatic! It highlights, indents, etc. plus you can edit not just CSS but HTML, javaScript, JQuery, etc

Frontpage
- Because I already have it. It's nice to be able to do the CSS coding and click the preview button to see if it worked in IE. Then I check it in Foxfire.

Notepad++
- I've enjoyed using Notepad++. I like that it opens quickly, it uses tabs for organization of multiple files, it color codes the different parts of the CSS, and best of all, it's free. I've tried Programmer's Notepad as well. It's free and works well, but I really like the color coding feature in Notepad++.
